Rare Fancy-Vivid-Blue Diamond to Sparkle at Bonhams New York

Bonhams will offer a 3.13-carat blue diamond ring that could fetch as much as $5.5 million at its upcoming jewelry sale in New York.

The ring contains a pear-shaped, fancy-vivid-blue, VVS1-clarity, type IIb diamond, according to the auction house’s website.

Bonhams will present more than 160 lots at the December 8 New York Jewels sale, including designs from famous brands such as Tiffany & Co., Bulgari, Giovane, and Van Cleef & Arpels.
